Hello! I'm Lynda. I am a qualified and registered person-centred counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (糖心官网).  I work with adults, children and young people and believe in building a trusting, safe, non-judgementa鈥�

Most of my work is face to face.  Ideally I see people for an initial consultation to provide you with the opportunity to discuss your needs and let me assess what I can do to help you.  I will provide you with an idea of how long it is likely to tak鈥�
