Hello, and a warm welcome to you. I am an experienced integrative therapist offering online counselling sessions for adults and young people aged 14 and over. I am available for appointments from Monday to Thursday, with both daytime and evening slot鈥�

My main counselling approach is person centred and my training enables me to use a range of techniques to support you in a safe space, where you can be talk and be heard without fear of judgement. I work empathically with my clients, with the aim of 鈥�

  I provide support for young people and adults in one-one sessions. I provide support for couples. I also work with Counselling students. My way of working with you: I am an Integrative Relational Psychotherapist.  This means I can adapt my approach鈥�

I use a variety of models and tools depending on your needs. I have an MA and PGCIP (5 years) in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's university, London. I have a certificate in adult ADHD and currently undertake a certificate in EMDR. Prior 鈥�
