I specialise in supporting adults experiencing grief, bereavement and loss, including recent loss, sudden death, anticipatory grief, and long-standing or complicated grief. I also work with trauma connected to loss. Losing someone can feel disorienta鈥�

 I am an integrative counsellor who works relationally, adapting my approach to meet the individual needs of each client. I draw on humanistic, psychodynamic and trauma-informed perspectives, offering a calm and supportive space where you can explore鈥�
