I am an experienced counsellor/psychotherapist based in Clapham (SW4). My approach to counselling draws from different theoretical orientations which enable me to better relate to you and, recognising that individuals are unique, to tailor my approa鈥�

 I am an accredited counsellor/psychotherapist. I have been working as a therapist for the last 23 years. I am a trained Clinical Supervisor and Clinical hypnotherapist for the last 8 years and I also run motivation, mindfulness and meditation sessio鈥�

If you鈥檝e been feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed, you don鈥檛 have to face those feelings alone. My work is focused on you: your story, your struggles, and your hopes for change. I use Transactional Analysis (TA) because I鈥檝e seen how powerful it 鈥�

My background is in teaching, coaching, and mental health for the last 12 years of my career. I currently offer therapy for charities, private practice, and within the NHS across Hampshire. My private practice is at my home in Basingstoke, Hampshire 鈥�

I have had 20 years of counselling experience, which has included working for counselling agencies in the voluntary sector, private practice, and for a large private company as a counsellor in the employee support and counselling team.
