Hello, I have over 9 years of experience working with young people in primary, secondary, and college settings. Many of the young people I support experience anxiety or a sense of 鈥渘ot fitting in.鈥� My aim is to offer a calm, supportive space where th鈥�

I am trained and experienced in counselling adults, including couples, children and young people aged 7 to 18 years. Being a fully qualified integrative counsellor means I can draw on elements of different therapeutic approaches to find a way of work鈥�

My role as a therapist is not to provide you with the answers to the issues you are faced with, because I believe you already have the answers. However, with regular therapy sessions, in a safe, quiet and comfortable environment, we can explore this 鈥�
