I offer a confidential, non-judgemental, compassionate space to enable you to explore whatever is troubling you. Sometimes life can feel exhausting, relationships confusing or we find anxiety or depression escalating but are not always sure why. Or p鈥�

I am an experienced therapist with an MA in Psychodynamic therapy and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I offer short or longer term face to face and online counselling , depending on your needs. I crea鈥�

My practice is based on a Person-centred experiential model, which focuses on you as the expert on your own unique human experience. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, depressed, traumatised or grieving the loss of a loved one. Whatev鈥�
