I qualified as a psychotherapist in 1995, accredited through the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). My work is informed by over 40 years鈥� experience in unrelated fields in the voluntary, private and public sector 鈥� which has provided 鈥�

I'm a psychodynamic \ object relations trained therapist and counsellor for individuals and couples. My work is grounded in the belief that emotional distress often has deep roots in early relationships, and that healing involves making sense of the 鈥�
