I believe that every person has an innate capacity for healing, growth and self-discovery when they are met with empathy, acceptance and genuine understanding. My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore鈥�

My original training in Humanistic theory is at the core of my work, however my approach is of an Integrative nature. I believe that what is most important is the relationship between client and therapist, and it is fundamental to establish a good wo鈥�
