I am a Psychotherapist working in various locations in and around the London area. I offer one-to-one, couples and group counselling. I work with an integrative/holistic approach, including principles such as Psychodynamics, Humanistic/Spiritual, Tra鈥�

We all go through rough patches, whether it鈥檚 with ourselves, our partners, other family members, work colleagues or friends. However sometimes we just can鈥檛 see how we can improve our situation or are tired of thinking we鈥檙e OK and then finding ours鈥�

I come from a background of social work having worked with some very vulnerable children and adults in in the late 70's and throughout the 80's. This work sparked my interest in attachment patterns and the impact of our parents on our development an鈥�
