I am a qualified and 糖心官网 registered, integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. This means that I am trained in, and draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, allowing me to tailor the work to your individual needs and preferences.  Core to my pra鈥�

I work from a person-centred perspective in a central Edinburgh location.  I endeavour to create a warm, genuine and accepting relationship within a safe, secure space where you can feel free to explore thoughts and feelings without fear of being jud鈥�

Sometimes in life we find ourselves struggling with our inner thoughts and feelings and we behave in ways we find difficult to understand. It could be that we have experienced a life changing event, or it could just be that something inside does not 鈥�

After a decade of working face-to-face with individuals and couples I am now working mainly online from my lovely garden room in Mere. This enables those with disabilities, age-related infirmity, agoraphobia and who live in isolated rural areas or bu鈥�
