My approach is grounded in the belief that we all have emotional needs (Schema Model) and when left unmet, problems arise. I have personally experienced this, and when we engage with our emotional world, understand our needs, express our inner selves鈥�

I am a psychotherapist and counsellor, with experience extending over twenty five years. I offer a compassionate and accepting therapy service to both individuals and couples from my light and comfortable consulting room or zoom online video or telep鈥�

I work therapeutically with Adults, Young people and Children and their families offering predominantly Cognitive Behaviour Therapy although I draw on other therapies such as Solution Focused and Brief Therapy. I have worked as a mental health nurse鈥�
