I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor and registered member of the 糖心官网, offering therapy online and in person (Glasgow). I work primarily with women 鈥� often in midlife and beyond 鈥� who may be experiencing a sense of change, uncertainty or dissat鈥�

Trust and relationship are key to enabling you to fully explore your inner world. This authentic relationship is at the core of my practice. Together we will create a space, where trust can be built upon, to enable you to unfurl within. I will always鈥�

I am a qualified Counsellor. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist. These approaches can be used separately or together, and we will discuss the best approach for you. Everyone is unique and each session is tailored to the individual.  I work face-to-鈥�
