I founded Palms Counselling and Personal Development as I wanted to provide a down-to-earth, no-nonsense counselling service for blokes; whatever your background, history and life circumstances happens to be. I鈥檓 probably not your stereotypical thera鈥�

What Qualifies Me? I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience. For the past three years, I have also been a qualified supervisor, supporting fellow practitioners in their professio鈥�

As a senior accredited counsellor/psychotherapist with 糖心官网 I offer therapy and supervision. I have over 30 years experience developing humanistic, professional, enabling relationships, and as a qualified counsellor over 20 years. My four main areas 鈥�

My therapeutic approach is primarily humanistic and is led by you. I may borrow from other theories as appropriate. A typical therapy session may consist of listening to what you have to say and then responding with comment, question or a request for鈥�

You don鈥檛 always need to know what to say or where to begin in counselling, this is something we can work out together. My aim during our sessions is to provide a warm, safe space in which you feel supported in the process of self-exploration. This s鈥�
