I'm Sarah and I am a different kind of counselling psychotherapist, life coach, mental illness experienced & knowledgeable therapist, couples/relationship therapist, young people counsellor,  sex and kink/BDSM therapist. I offer my own style of couns鈥�

I am a trained art psychotherapist and counsellor. I have been trained to work across all ages and populations and am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). My framework is mainly psychodynamic and I am client centred.

Online sessions provided weekly/fortnightly/monthly/ad-hoc I provide counselling for when we get lost in life, anxiety, panic attacks, perfectionism, persistent worry and low mood, low self-esteem, communication issues, people pleasing, life coaching鈥�

I have a great passion for supporting people when they are feeling low. A low mood can often make us feel sad, anxious, stressed or panicky.  Our minds can be full of negative thoughts, which could affect every part of our lives, making it difficult 鈥�

I'm Jo and I provide face to face counselling in Dorking and online/telephone counselling across the UK to both adults and children/teenagers aged 12+ years. I offer a calm, safe and confidential space to explore any life challenges or trauma from yo鈥�
