I am an Integrative, Humanistic and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Counsellor, my work background for over 25 years has been in working with vulnerable adolescents, young adults and parents. I specialise in bereavement , trauma and loss as well as鈥�

Seeing the person as a whole being. Exploring and working with the person, couple or family to help navigate the challenges or goals. I have an integrated approach to meet the person's needs. Which means if you need emotional or spiritual support, p鈥�

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, feeling stuck in toxic patterns, LGBT+ issues, overwhelm or any number of difficult experiences, I work with clients to create a non-judgemental space to explore and move forward at their own pace. 鈥�
