Hello, I am Jo.  I often think of the way I work with clients as helping them to navigate a trail through a forest. At times, it may feel like the trees are closing in, the sunlight struggling to break through. I will walk with my clients, maybe ho鈥�

I work with adults, families and groups using different modalities. I am primarily oriented around psychodynamic, human centred and integrated psychotherapy. My specializations are EMDR for trauma / CPTSD and PTSD, Transpersonal psychology, and the i鈥�
