I have a private practice on the edge of the Country Park a few minutes walk from Hastings Old Town and also work for the NHS mental health team as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and EMDR Trauma Therapist. I also offer online and telephone therapy. F鈥�

As well as a Registered Integrative Psychotherapist I am an Incoming Counselling Psychologist and Visiting University Lecturer. I am trained in five therapeutic approaches Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Humanistic, Systemic and Psychodynamic. A鈥�
