I am a professionally qualified integrative counsellor, which is person-centred and psychodynamic. These approaches are uniquely tailored to you by looking at the present, which can lead to looking at your history and linking it to current concerns. 鈥�

I work collaboratively with clients, offering a safe, non-judgemental space where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. My approach is primarily person-centred, meaning I place great importance on building a ge鈥�

Sessions are either attended in person or held online via Zoom and FaceTime.  Concessionary rates - I offer £65 reduced fee appointments for students and those in receipt of benefits and low incomes.  Issues including: Abuse, Addiction(s), ADHD, Adop鈥�
