Hello, my name is Jacqueline and I am a therapist working in Lewes and online, helping adults and young people to create positive changes. I am trained in person-centred therapy, emotion-focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. I am also a 鈥�

I work online or in person. I use integrative counselling consisting of person centred, cbt skills and pyschoeducational. I prefer to work with what is suitable per client rather than a blanket approach to ensure my clients get the most from the sess鈥�

I work online via Teams or WhatsApp video or telephone sessions if you prefer. This means that you can have your session from home or work as long as you are in a safe and confidential space. Anxiety, depression, relationship breakdowns, loss, family鈥�

I am currently accepting new clients for counselling. Sessions are offered online or by telephone, providing flexibility to suit your needs.
