I am trained as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. I use EMDR therapy in my practice as well. I can offer short and long-term counselling. I have experience working with presenting issues, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, atta鈥�

I am an integrative counselling psychotherapist and I work to provide support through offering face to face sessions in Sandbach and Middlewich, outdoor sessions across Cheshire East and Staffordshire Moorlands and online therapy. Being integrative m鈥�

I believe that you are the expert on your own experience, and my role is to help you explore with curiosity and compassion. Drawing from different therapeutic approaches including Gestalt, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family System鈥�
