I specialise in helping Millennials, Gen. Z, and members of the queer community navigate modern life. I find it's hard to write about therapy without it sounding鈥�well, like therapy-speak. Which isn't ideal, as it makes it harder for you - the reader 鈥�

I work with individuals and couples adults facing a wide range of issues including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem and high levels of self-criticism and shame.  My approach to therapy is to offer a safe and confidentia鈥�

It is not unusual to experience challenging times, no matter how grounded we feel. Sometimes we may feel stuck, conflicted or concerned. I know first hand how things can impact us and make the ground feel shaky underfoot. Life can be challenging and 鈥�
