I have many years experience as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in the NHS, the voluntary sector and in private practice. I have been involved in my training organisatons in many different roles including teaching and supervising.  I am also very cu鈥�

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or facing a significant life change. Perhaps you're struggling with anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, burnout, or a sense that you've lost connection with yourself. You may be finding it dif鈥�
