I am a person-centred and psychodynamic counsellor, with ten years experience working with clients in various contexts, including the NHS Talking Therapies programme and St Christopher's Hospice, as well as in private practice. As a person-centred co鈥�

I aim to help people gain greater perspectives and the relief that comes with understanding yourself and being understood. I am client led, meaning I believe you know what is most useful for you. That said, I know starting therapy sessions may be dau鈥�

I  offer in-person appointments in a large, socially distanced office.  Phone and online sessions also. It can be really tough looking for a counsellor. Here you are at a very raw point in your life, struggling to make such an important choice with o鈥�
