I am an experienced person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the 糖心官网 (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I provide a warm, friendly and supportive counselling service in a safe environment where you can just be you. I鈥�

People come to therapy for many reasons. Sometimes something clear has happened - a breakup, pressure at work, family tension, or loss. Other times, it鈥檚 harder to explain: feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or not quite yourself, without kn鈥�

As an accredited counsellor, supervisor, coach and trainer experienced in working with adults, young people and couples. I understand that people come to counselling for a variety of reasons. My goal is always to offer an environment designed to best鈥�

I use integrative counselling and psychotherapy in 1-to-1, online sessions. As an integrative therapist, I have a wide range of tools for working with a wide range of clients - I'm confident that we can find a way of working together that suits your 鈥�

Many people come to therapy appearing capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. This can feel isolating, especially if you鈥檝e carried it quietly for a long time. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, l鈥�

I am a qualified psychotherapist and work with a humansitic person centred approach. I do not direct sessions or have a set length of sessions to work within. You decide how many sessions you would like and for as long as you would like; there is no 鈥�
