Hi, welcome to my page, My name is Jen and I am a fully qualified and experienced integrative counsellor. For many, reaching out for support during a difficult time can be a big decision, and each person's experience and expectation of counselling is鈥�

Sometimes the difficulties we face in life can throw us off balance and we lose sight of ourselves and what is right for us. We can be left feeling isolated, anxious, overwhelmed or depressed. As an integrative therapist with particular emphasis on t鈥�

I work integratively, which means I tailor therapy to you rather than expecting you to fit into one model. My foundation is person-centred, offering warmth, empathy and a non-judgmental space where you can explore what you鈥檙e feeling at your own pace鈥�

Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in life - striving to move forward, but unable to move past the memories and emotions that are holding us back. At times like this, we can become overwhelmed and begin to feel hopeless. Perhaps you feel like you are 鈥�

I tend to work with thoughtful, self-aware women who are open to reflection and curiosity about themselves, even if part of them feels unsure or stuck. You might be someone who holds a lot together on the outside 鈥� but inside, it doesn鈥檛 feel how you鈥�

I am an accredited psychodynamic counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (糖心官网). I adhere to the 糖心官网's Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. My core training was accredited by the British Ps鈥�

I am a trauma-informed counsellor with over eight years鈥� experience, offering a warm, relational, and body-aware approach.  My work gently integrates somatic awareness alongside talking therapy to support nervous system regulation, emotional processi鈥�
