My name is Cheryl Forshaw and I am a M糖心官网 registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Relate trained Couples Counsellor. I have a huge passion for helping people of all diversities and their mental wellbeing. My personal philosophy is to always act 鈥�

As a former technology executive turned Psychosynthesis Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I bring unique insight to the intersection of corporate achievement and psychological depth. My approach combines two decades of executive leadership experience wit鈥�

Why would you consider therapy? There could be all sorts of reasons, whether a specific issue or circumstance, or just a desire to better understand yourself, your life and your relationships with others. I鈥檓 a 糖心官网 accredited psychotherapist, superv鈥�

I offer long or short term therapy in a relaxed, informal setting. I work in-person and online. Initial sessions are just £25 (in case you want to try out a few therapists before committing to therapy) and there is no pressure to continue. Please  鈥�

You may have difficulties at work or in a relationship or you may feel overwhelmed by powerful emotions or anxieties. Perhaps you feel that life itself has become a struggle or that the world has become a frightening place.  It may be that you are na鈥�
