I am an integrative (psychodynamic-existential) psychotherapist. Practising psychodynamically, I believe that patterns in our ways of being and attachments from childhood tend to be unconsciously replicated into adulthood and that through curious exp鈥�

I am a Psychological Therapist specialising in solution focused therapy. Focusing on positive change and personal growth such as developing confidence or healthy self-esteem, we will work strategically to move you towards your goals.  Identity and se鈥�
