My work combines both evidence based EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprogramming) and IFS (Internal Family Systems). Together these two methods work gently and effectively with almost all common difficulties that clients bring.  I also offer Coa鈥�

My practice is humanistic-integrative, which means I don鈥檛 treat you as a list of diagnostic labels or a case to be solved. Instead, I meet you as an equal, looking at your life holistically. Your emotions, body, thoughts, and your environment are al鈥�

I am trained in Contemporary Psychotherapy, a pluralistic approach that puts my clients at the centre. I am also a Pesso Boyden practitioner and facilitator. All are words that perhaps don't yet tell you much.  I鈥檓 not your traditional therapist. I鈥欌��
