I am a Person Centred Counsellor working with all aspects of mental health difficulties including but not exhaustive of anxiety. depression, childhood ACES and  bereavement in adults and young people.  I offer Counselling and supporting strategies f鈥�

As an integrative person-centred counsellor, I believe that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences freely. I tailor my counselling style to鈥�
