Initially trained in Rogerian counselling and psychotherapy, I took a number of degrees in psychology with a focus on social psychology. I have am a Doctor of Philosophy rather than a medical doctor, which means I understand people and their problems鈥�

I work with individuals and couples who want to understand and explore what is causing them distress, anxiety or confusion.  We agree what the focus of therapy will be and work towards achieving change and self awareness.
