I am an Integrative Humanistic Therapist offering thoughtful, relational therapy for adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves despite outwardly coping. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, low 鈥�

I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, addiction issues, relationship problems or issues linked to past traumas.  I very much believe in helping my clients to discover ways that they can live a more fulfilling and purposeful life. 鈥�
