I am a counsellor who supports adults navigating neurodivergence, including ADHD, autism, and sensory or emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, exhausted, or quietly struggling with a sense of being 鈥渢oo much鈥� and not 鈥�

I offer both face to face and on line zoom sessions at the moment but can also take telephone sessions if that is my clients preference.

2) About Me I have worked in the Prison Service for the past five years, and previously in services supporting young people and adults with acquired brain injuries (ABI). I have also worked in addiction and bereavement agencies. I hold a degree in Co鈥�
