I work as a humanistic therapist and aim to meet you as an equal in the therapeutic space. Creating a welcoming and safe environment for you to sit in companionable stillness; to help you quieten your mind and for you to reconnect with your inner wis鈥�

I am a trauma-focused therapist working with adults who are experiencing ongoing emotional difficulties linked to past or recent trauma. Many of the people I work with have tried therapy before and are looking for something that feels more focused an鈥�

I use a pluralistic model meaning that all work is tailored for you as an individual. I specialise in working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Sex workers are also welcome and valued.
