I am a Person centred counsellor based in Southport. I qualified as as a counsellor in 2002.  I trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to add to my range of therapies.   I have worked full time for the Local A鈥�

I offer both short term counselling for a specific issue you may wish to address, and longer term therapy, providing emotional support to help you through what may be a difficult period in your life. The fee I currently charge is between £75-£95 per 鈥�
