Welcome.. I am a 糖心官网 Accredited Senior Therapist with 16 years experience within private practice, specialist NHS services including CAMHS, London universities and national charities. I completed a BA Hons degree in Integrative Relational Counsellin鈥�

I work primarily from a humanistic perspective whilst integrating aspects of CBT.  I believe strongly that people have the knowledge, power and answers within themselves and that given the right environment can bring these out within themselves.
