Hello and welcome to my page. I am a fully qualified, 糖心官网 and BPS registered psychotherapist and counsellor. I have a passion to support people who are going through a difficult phase in their lives or who simply want to get more from what life has 鈥�

I am a 糖心官网 registered humanistic integrative psychotherapist / counsellor working from The Rutland Therapy Centre in Oakham who looks to promote self-discovery in my clients to help them to move towards reaching their potential. I focus on self-deve鈥�

I tend to work best with people who: Feel the weight of early experiences or unresolved wounds from childhood.Find relationships difficult or confusing.Get caught in people-pleasing, overthinking, or never feeling 鈥渆nough.鈥漇truggle to recognise who t鈥�
