I鈥檓 an accredited psychotherapist with 15 years experience. I believe that the counselling relationship should be a creative space for both parties. It should feel comfortable and open enough to be free from anxiety and pressure in which new perspect鈥�

I offer therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, loss and grief, health challenges, and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. Whether you鈥檙e facing a significant life transition or ongoing emotional difficulties, my aim is to supp鈥�

I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. Integrative means that I can use different counselling techniques such as Person Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT, this allows me to provide therapy that is best suited to your individual needs. You m鈥�
