At times, life can feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate. This might be in response to a specific life event, a change in circumstances, or for reasons that aren鈥檛 always clear. When you鈥檙e struggling, it鈥檚 common to feel overwhelmed, anxious,鈥�

I have practised as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist for 22 years. I work with adult clients on a long-term and short-term basis. I work with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety disorders and relationship issues. I enjoy working with co鈥�
