Hi, I鈥檓 Amy, a fully qualified counsellor, with a passion for helping people with their mental health. I offer in-person sessions in the Solihull area and online or telephone sessions throughout the UK. I have experience working with a diverse range 鈥�

I am Gen, a fully qualified, Accredited Humanistic-Existential Counsellor. My own multi-cultural background and my lived experience of adaptation and loss in different countries helps me gain deeper insight into the ways that clients cope with transi鈥�

Counselling has been shown to be effective in improving the lives of individuals struggling with past or present difficulties. Taking the initial steps can feel overwhelming and change can be daunting. It takes courage and determination to enter into鈥�

I work integratively, using a range of counselling theories which allow me to tailor the therapy to the client, and my approach to you will be based on your own unique presentation and personality. I do know how daunting it can seem, to try and find 鈥�

As a therapist, my goal is to make therapy feel less intimidating and more like a journey of self-discovery. I believe a safe, supportive space is essential for feeling heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. With my background as鈥�
