I am currently accepting new clients for counselling. Sessions are offered online or by telephone, providing flexibility to suit your needs.

I approach counselling from a broadly humanistic and person-centred perspective. This means that you are at the centre of the process and the sessions are guided by whatever you wish to bring into the counselling room, at a pace determined by you. Yo鈥�

I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and as we are all unique individuals I adapt the therapy to suit you, rather than working in a formulaic way. I like to work in a way that is supported by evidence. I use both psychodynamic and attachment 鈥�
