As an Integrative-Relational Counsellor, I provide therapy for individuals facing a variety of life challenges within a safe and supportive space. This allows you to explore the issues that matter most to you, at a pace that feels comfortable. My rol鈥�

I offer individual counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.  I work with clients in person, with occasional Zoom sessions when needed. From my experience, clients often find that counselling provides a valuable opportunity鈥�

When life moves at 100 miles an hour, and the pressure to be everything to everyone takes over, it鈥檚 natural to feel anxious and overwhelmed. That鈥檚 why it鈥檚 so important to pause, take stock, and give ourselves time and space to talk things through.鈥�

I have an MA in Integrative psychotherapy from The School of Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regents University, London. I understand that the most successful therapies have, at their heart, a strong, mutual relationship, and central to my work is m鈥�
