I like to start with some idea of what you hope to gain from counselling sessions.  This may vary from a vague 鈥淚 just want to feel happier鈥� to a more specific aim or intention.  I believe the best place to start is with what is happening for you rig鈥�

I have extensive experience as an Integrative counsellor, Psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner as well as Supervisor. I have a private counselling practice in East Sussex for adults and couples. I work part time as a counselling manager for Sara Lee鈥�
