Hello. I am Sam. Thank you for considering my profile. I understand that it is sometimes difficult to take the first step, and you may be feeling nervous and apprehensive.  You may feel like your thought processes are jumbled, you do not know where t鈥�

My focus is on supporting you through whatever challenges life has placed in your path. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming 鈥� whether it鈥檚 persistent anxiety and stress, feeling disconnected or stuck, carrying the weight of painful past experiences,鈥�

Most people don鈥檛 begin therapy because something has suddenly gone wrong. More often, they arrive after months or years of quietly carrying things on their own. Perhaps you have become exhausted by anxiety, overwhelmed by the demands of life, or tro鈥�

Many of the people I work with are used to holding things together. They're often capable, thoughtful and the person others turn to for support, yet privately they find themselves stuck in patterns of thinking, feeling or relating that they can't see鈥�

I specialise in work with individuals and couples seeking to better navigate their relationships and develop a deeper understanding and connection with self and other.

To continue in self development & understanding I often attend updated courses to further my learning

I am an integrative counsellor and therapist offering individual therapy to adults. I provide a calm, reflective space for people experiencing life transitions 鈥� times when an old way of living or understanding oneself no longer feels right, but what鈥�

I offer warmth and empathy in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space for you to tell me your story. The aim is for us to work together to explore your emotions, your patterns, and your experiences that have formed you. This can help you to under鈥�
