I am a senior psychotherapist with over 30 years鈥� experience working with individuals and couples, both in private practice and internationally. My work is depth-oriented and integrative, grounded in psychosynthesis and informed by trauma, relational鈥�

We all possess strengths and resilience, and a desire to live fulfilling lives that reflect our unique dreams and values. However we can also reach those moments in life (and perhaps these moments have become a more permanent experience) when we expe鈥�

When you come to therapy with me, you can expect a warm, open, and collaborative space where your experiences are taken seriously and your pace is respected. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as you explore what feels i鈥�

Survivor focused individual therapy and counselling in a disability affirming approach supporting adults and young people. Lived experience and years of supporting adults, young people and families in different settings has shaped my special interest鈥�

Since 2006 I have helped individuals and couples, work through complex emotions, traumatic experiences and unhelpful thought patterns. In doing so, the approach reduces feelings of inferiority, builds con铿乨ence and develops trust to do the right thin鈥�

I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with a background in the arts and academia. I have an Master degree and PhD in Art, literature, film and psychoanalysis. My research area is trauma: both the way it informs modern experience and the way i鈥�

With apologies, I am not accepting new clients at the moment.  I am a bereavement counsellor working with adults from my home on Bathgate Road, close to Wimbledon Common, SW19.   I focus on clients who are looking for help navigating the mourning pro鈥�
