I am a Psychodynamic, CBT and Person-Centred counsellor with nearly 20 years experience. My qualifications include MA, BSc and certificate. I offer remote counselling sessions, allowing me to conveniently reach and work with clients in the UK and oth鈥�

I work with individuals and couples adults facing a wide range of issues including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem and high levels of self-criticism and shame.  My approach to therapy is to offer a safe and confidentia鈥�
