I am the CEO of The Awareness Centre and qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist. I work with individuals and couples and see clients on  on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8am-12 noon.

I work integratively, drawing on person-centred, humanistic, psychodynamic, and CBT approaches. Rather than fitting clients into a single model, I adapt my approach depending on what is needed, whether that involves a more structured, practical focus鈥�

I empower and support you through compassionate and attentive listening to identify and meet your needs. I am experienced in supporting people on a variety of issues including relationship difficulties, family dynamics, work stress, anxiety and depre鈥�
